Every other day I am hitting the gym. As usual today I came back home from the gym. I was getting ready to take a shower but my eyes glued to my own naked body in the mirror on the closet door. It's not because I'm narcissistic but I noticed flabby love handler...
I spin so my leggs have become nicely toned. I also do push-ups, bench press, dip, and curl. So my upper body is toned. But I haven't done much for my love handle area. What kind of exercise makes love handler disappear? I also run beside spin, and my total body fat is pretty low. I'm actually slim/skinny. But today I found "left over" area on my body that I have overlooked for a long time.
There's this kind of machine to shed out the love handle area but we don't have this machine at our gym. Crunching on a Swiss ball does the same thing? Advice wanted!
